Apollo - Harlequin Great Dane Puppy

Apollo's Harlequin Great Dane Markings

Harlequin Great Danes are known for contrasting patches distributed across a lighter base coat. Because the location and shape of those patches differ between individual puppies, Apollo's photographs provide the clearest representation of his own markings.

Color can help families narrow their search, but it should be considered alongside health documentation, age, gender and the long-term requirements of raising a giant-breed dog.

Apollo's Development at 9 Weeks

Nine weeks is still an early developmental stage. A new family can begin introducing Apollo to a predictable daily schedule involving meals, sleep, house-training opportunities and short periods of age-appropriate learning.

Starting simple leash and handling routines while he is young can also help prepare for the physical changes that occur as a male Great Dane grows.

Apollo's Puppy Health Records

Apollo receives age-appropriate puppy care before placement. His available records travel with him so his future veterinarian can review his previous care and recommend the next steps.

• Veterinary health check
• Age-appropriate vaccination information
• Deworming information
• Health certificate
• AKC registration paperwork
• 2-year health guarantee

Apollo's Breeding Background

Apollo comes from our registered Great Dane breeding program. Breed-relevant health considerations for adult breeding dogs include evaluations involving hips, eyes, cardiac health and thyroid health.

We do not publish an assumed sire-and-dam combination on Apollo's page. Exact pedigree information should remain connected to the individual documentation associated with the puppy.

Planning for a Male Great Dane

Apollo's present puppy size changes quickly during development. His future family should consider adult-sized sleeping space, transportation, appropriate walking equipment and safe areas for everyday movement.

Nutrition should also be planned with giant-breed development in mind. Apollo's veterinarian can advise his owner on food quantity, body condition and appropriate exercise as he grows.
