Titan's Blue Great Dane Appearance
The term blue in Great Danes describes a diluted dark coat that can
appear blue-gray, slate or steel-toned under different lighting.
Titan's photographs provide the best reference for his individual
coat rather than relying on a generic picture of a blue Great Dane.
Families attracted to his coloring should also consider the
requirements that come with raising a male giant-breed puppy.
Appearance is only one part of determining whether Titan fits a
household's long-term plans.

Raising Titan From 9 Weeks
Nine weeks is an important transition period for a puppy. Titan's
new household can begin establishing predictable feeding, sleeping,
toileting and training routines while giving him time to adjust to
new surroundings.
Great Danes gain considerable size as they mature. Introducing leash
manners, calm handling and basic household expectations while Titan
is young can provide a useful foundation for his later development.

Titan's Breeding Program
Titan comes from our registered Great Dane breeding program.
Breed-relevant health considerations for adult breeding dogs include
evaluations associated with hips, cardiac health, eyes and thyroid
health.
We do not publish an exact sire-and-dam pairing for Titan unless it
has been matched to his individual records. Applicable pedigree
information can therefore remain tied to the documentation belonging
to the puppy rather than an assumed pairing.

Preparing for Titan's Adult Size
Families considering a male Great Dane should plan beyond the size
of a nine-week-old puppy. Appropriate sleeping space, transportation,
food and water equipment, secure areas and suitable walking equipment
all become more important as a Great Dane grows.
Titan's veterinarian can help establish feeding, body-condition and
exercise recommendations appropriate for a developing giant-breed dog.
